At CCS Hemsworth, learners have been developing their skills through their tennis scheme of work in P.E this term. Despite unpredictable weather, sessions have gone ahead whenever possibleāgiving learners the chance to build confidence and technique on the court.
One Year 10 learner has made remarkable progress. His serve has become a real strength, and his overall game has improved week by week. Staff have been impressed by his focus and the way heās taken on the challenge.

Tennis has helped learners work on balance, coordination and resilience, while encouraging positive peer support. Itās been a great way to bring energy and enjoyment into lessonsāand to spot rising talent along the way.
