Willow Park recently held their Christmas fair – and raised £500 for local charities.
Planning for the fair was led by the students, with many exciting activities on offer. Included in the fair’s attractions were a cake sale, sweets and savouries, handmade knitwear, a DVD sale, toys and games, a throwing contest and a cuddly toy sale.
Taking time out from his busy schedule, star guest Santa Claus made a welcome appearance at the event. This was much to the delight of staff, students and families – who always look forward to seeing him around this time of year.
As well as benefitting local charities, Compass Community also supports the work of Young Minds and Child Poverty Action Group.
All those attending agreed the event was amazing! Many thanks to everyone who took part.
