Staff and students at CCS Eld Park enjoyed welcoming the Thetford Fire & Rescue service to their school recently.
Franeck and Jordy spoke with students about their vital roles, giving them a chance to try on the uniform. Staff even raced to see who could gear up the fastest!
Students explored the fire truck, met Rob and Steve, and tested the thermal imaging device. The highlight was practicing with the hose—thanks to the staff who volunteered as targets!
It was a highly engaging experience that gave students valuable insight into firefighting.
