A Boleyn Park student has recently completed a sponsored walk in aid of Alzheimer’s Society.
M completed the event to raise money for the charity and also to raise awareness of the condition. Alzheimer’s Society is a UK based care and research charity, which helps people with dementia as well as their carers. He decided to undertake the challenge after his mum suggested the idea of raising money for a charity.
Staff at Boleyn Park were happy to donate to M’s sponsored walk and are very proud of his achievement, describing it as an, “Amazing example of a student showing their empathy towards others”. M was keen to tell everyone how much he enjoyed the walk. Well done M! 🥾🥾
