At Seacole Park our children are at the very heart of every decision we make. We strive to deliver a holistic education experience which helps children develop personal qualities, which are valued in British society such as thoughtfulness, honesty, respect for difference, moral principles, independence, and self-respect.
ProspectusI have worked in education for 22 years and recently joined Compass Community Schools as the Headteacher at Seacole Park. Our school is a special place where everyone is valued and treated with respect. Children are at the very heart of our school and everything we do is about ensuring that their experience helps them develop both educationally and socially in an engaging, fun, caring and supportive environment.
We use every opportunity to ensure our children develop a love of learning and to ensure they gain the confidence to make a positive contribution to our school, community and beyond. I feel extremely proud to work with talented, unique individuals, watching them succeed and progress in the next stage of their education and adulthood.
Our school is supported by a wider community of Compass Schools which are located across the country.
Our experienced team of Teachers and support staff work tirelessly to ensure the best possible education is provided at all of our schools.

We love our school and we think you will too! Our school has:
developing young people who are responsible, caring and respectful of others, and who have a strong sense of fair-ness and what is ‘right’. We want them to treat others as they would like to be treated themselves and to understand and celebrate diversity and difference.
The school will help our children and young people to develop an inner discipline and will encourage pupils to not just ‘follow the crowd’ – they will make up their own minds and be ready to accept responsibility for what they do. They will grow through making choices and holding to the choices that they have made. They will want to be honest with themselves and with others.
We’d love to talk to you about how we could support a child in your care.
