Head of School

Alicia Jenkins

“I recently joined the Compass Community team in July 2023. It caught my attention by it’s safe and nurturing way of learning, accessible opportunities for it’s students and the therapeutic threat that weaves its way through the organisation as a whole  – children really are the centre of all things with Compass. I enjoy the range of learning that happens at Eld Park, making sure we are hands on and bespoke to cater to the needs of all our students. Our school moto is, together the HEART of Eld Park and this is where we find our school values of; Honesty, Empower, Achievement, Respect and Togetherness. Our aim is for the students to be comfortable with these core values and to be able to show them in a range of aspects whether that be in learning, play or out in the community itself.”
