Since joining Compass Community Schools in 2024, I have been guided by my passion, determination and integrity in providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for our students to thrive. I am driven to motivate and inspire all who I support and model this throughout every part of school life. As the Headteacher here at CCS Fen Park, I have created a culture of openness for all and lead by this example, creating a workplace that is filled with proactiveness and vigilance in safeguarding our staff and students.
Our schools are both nestled in beautiful surroundings within welcoming rural village communities, offering ideal settings for learning and nurturing our students. We celebrate each student’s uniqueness and have created bespoke curriculums that are dynamic, creative and engaging for all. We believe that every child deserves the very best on their educational journey and are committed in providing this.

At Compass Community School Fen Park, Lincolnshire, we understand that choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
To help you in this process we would encourage you to visit the school whenever possible. If you can visit during term-time you will see the school in action and really get a feel for what goes on here.

Developing young people who are responsible, caring and respectful of others, and who have a strong sense of fair-ness and what is ‘right’. We want them to treat others as they would like to be treated themselves and to understand and celebrate diversity and difference.
The school will help our children and young people to develop an inner discipline and will encourage pupils to not just ‘follow the crowd’ – they will make up their own minds and be ready to accept responsibility for what they do.
