Candidate Requirements

 
Teaching Assistant (TA)

• No formal qualifications required.
• Ideally candidates will have experience working with children.
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be beneficial.
• Experience within a school environment is desirable.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

• No formal qualification is essential.
• A Level 3 qualification relating to children, education, or childcare would be beneficial, but is not required.
• Candidates with relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with children, particularly within an educational setting, would be advantageous.
