Last week, learners at CCS Boleyn Park got a surprise when a uniformed officer rolled into the school car park on a police motorbike. The powerful machine, complete with flashing lights and ear-splitting sirens, quickly became the centre of attention.
Learners gathered to get a closer look and were thrilled to sit on the bike and ask the officer questions. The visit offered a rare chance to see specialist equipment up closeāand sparked plenty of excitement.
Beyond the fun, the session gave learners valuable insights into police work and road safety. The officer explained how the police motorbike is used in daily duties and shared real-life experiences from the job.
The experience left a lasting impressionāand may have even inspired some future careers.
