Fen Park learners have been making the most of every opportunity to explore, learn and connect with the world around them this term.
A visit to the Lincolnshire Wolds Wildlife Park gave everyone the chance to see a fascinating range of animals up close — from majestic lions and playful monkeys to colourful peach-faced lovebirds. The day was filled with excitement and curiosity as learners discovered more about these incredible creatures.
The adventure continued at The Lincolnshire Show, where Fen Park learners enjoyed experiencing the best of what Lincolnshire has to offer. They sampled delicious local produce, met even more animals and were captivated by an impressive display from the iconic Red Arrows. It was a brilliant day for learners to celebrate their community and broaden their horizons.
In place of their usual Forest School session, learners set off for an outdoor adventure at Snipe Dales. This sunny trip gave them time to unwind and reconnect with nature. They explored beautiful parkland, played Poohsticks by a peaceful stream and paddled in the clear water, creating special memories together.
