Compass Connect has been created to provide a nurturing, ambitious and flexible approach to education.
While our classrooms may look different, our commitment remains the same: building strong relationships, understanding each young person as an individual, and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
Although we learn in mixed settings including online, no young person learns alone.
Relationships remain at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with families, carers and professionals to create a joined-up approach where students feel supported, encouraged and believed in.
It is a privilege to lead Compass Connect and to work alongside a passionate team who truly believe in the potential of every young person.
