After four years of unwavering commitment, staff at CCS Coastal Park took a well-earned moment to celebrate their recent Ofsted success with a meal out together at The Ivy.
Headteacher Julie Lumley praised her team, saying, âStaff at Coastal Park are delighted with the outcome of our recent Ofsted Inspection. This judgement is a result of four years of very hard work!â The school was judged âGoodâ overall and âOutstandingâ for Personal Developmentâa reflection of the care, ambition and consistency shown by staff every single day.
Ofsted inspectors noted that learners at Coastal Park âfeel a true sense of belonging in this caring and ambitious school,â and praised the âsupportive and nurturingâ relationships between learners and staff. The report also highlights how learners, many of whom arrive with significant gaps in their education, go on to achieve well and grow in confidence.
The team meal offered a welcome opportunity to reflect on the daily work that has led to this momentâcreating a school culture where young people are encouraged to thrive, discover their strengths, and believe in their future.
