Learners at CCS Boleyn Park recently took part in a sponsored pier walk to raise money for the RNLI. The event, held in May, was not only a fundraising effort but also an opportunity for learners to understand more about the RNLIâs vital work.
After completing the scenic walk, learners were treated to a special tour of the RNLI station, where they learned how volunteers save lives along the estuary. They explored the equipment, asked questions, and saw first-hand the commitment involved in maritime rescue.
The group returned on the famous pier trainâcapping off a memorable day filled with learning and community spirit.
