On 20 November 2025, CCS Lancashire learner ASG had an unforgettable experience at Leeds Playhouse, watching A Christmas Carol alongside English teacher, Sana Khan.
ASG has been studying Dickensā classic novel in English Literature, and this theatre trip brought the story vividly to life. It was ASGās very first time visiting a theatreāan experience made all the more memorable by the powerful staging and dramatic effects.
A standout moment was the chilling arrival of Jacob Marleyās ghost, clanking chains and all, which ASG described as the highlight of the evening.
Well done to ASG for embracing this opportunity with enthusiasm and curiosity.
